Returns & Exchanges

MISBHV offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the generated prepaid return label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Tracking

  Hand over the parcel at any authorized courier collection point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
